This website is run by Scalemotive LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which trades as Immetzian. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Scalemotive LLC, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

You may browse the site, link to it and share its pages. You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, gets around the limits on the brief form, tests or probes its security, or collects its content in bulk with automated tools.

The site's design, code, text, drawings and our own images belong to Scalemotive LLC or are used under licence. You may not copy, adapt or republish them, beyond what the law allows, without our written permission.

Malibu, Axis and the related names, logos and photographs belong to their owners. They appear here, with our client's permission, to describe work we did. The names and logos of software tools belong to their owners and are shown only to name tools we work with. Neither suggests that any of these owners endorses us or is affiliated with us.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. Aerial imagery is from NSW Spatial Services under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia licence. Both are credited where they appear.

The site describes our work in general terms. It is not advice, and it is not an offer that you can accept.

The property intelligence figures, the live view and the screens of the engine are estimates and illustrations, built from open and public data and from assumptions you can change. They are not quotes, valuations, inspections or professional advice. Check them before you rely on them for any decision.

We provide the site as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code, or that its information is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions that are not set out in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, Scalemotive LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit and lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under a law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability for such a right can be limited, it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

The site links to sites we do not control, such as a client's website and the sources credited on the property intelligence page. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Sending a brief or an access request does not create a contract or oblige either of us to do anything. Any work or access is agreed separately, in writing. We handle what you send as our privacy notice describes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and you agree that its courts may hear any dispute about them. This does not take away the protection of the laws of the place where you live where those laws cannot be excluded.

We may change these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
