How we work
Discovery
We start with how the work is done today, on site if that is where it happens, and agree what the system needs to do.
Prototype
You see a working version early, on your own data where possible, before the expensive decisions are made.
Build
Production code with automated tests, deployed to infrastructure in your name.
Operate
We monitor, fix and extend what we built, or hand it over cleanly with documentation.
